LOST ITEMS: Brewster Coach is not responsible for items left in the vehicle.

MECHANICAL FAILURE: In case of mechanical failure or acts of nature, Brewster Coach is responsible for the maximum refund of the rental only.  Brewster Coach reserves the right to make comparable substitutions in the event of unforeseen mechanical failures.

ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION: We allow you to bring and consume alcohol in the vehicle during the time of your reservation only.  You are responsible for any damage caused by you, your guests, or others allowed in the vehicle by you at anytime.  Our professional drivers reserve the right to make necessary decisions in regards to passengers excessively drinking or acting in manner that may possibly harm themselves or others.  Brewster Coach drivers can refuse to continue service at any time, due to overly aggressive and/or inappropriate conduct by any member of the guest party

GRATUITY: Please remember that a 20% gratuity for the chauffeur is not included and should be given to him/her the day of the event.  Be advised that any balance plus gratuity is due upon arrival of the contracted service  - and is due in cash.



When arriving to Logan Airport please follow this information - locating your Brewster Coach vehicle.

TERMINAL A: All arrivals will proceed out of the baggage claim area and the limousine stand will be across the island.
TERMINAL B: All arrivals will be made on the upstairs departure level curbside. Proceed upstairs to the departure level and look for the limousine stand signs.
TERMINAL C & D: All arrivals will be made on the upstairs departure level. Proceed upstairs to the departure level and look for the limousine stand signs.
FOR A LIMO BUS AT TERMINAL C & D: Due to the height of these vehicles passengers will be picked up directly outside of the terminal. After receiving your luggage, exit terminal C and the Limo Bus will be parked curbside.
TERMINAL E: Proceed across the first two islands of traffic to the last curb. Located the limousine stand signs and look for the driver with the Brewster Coach sign with your name and/or company on it.
INTERNATIONAL ARRIVALS: Proceed across the first two islands of traffic to the last curb. Located the limousine stand signs and look for the driver with the Brewster Coach sign with your name and/or company on it.

TF GREEN (PROVIDENCE) MAIN TERMINAL: Proceed down the escalator to baggage claim, the driver will be located at the bottom of the escalator on the way to baggage claim.

WESTWOOD TRAIN STATION: Once you exit the train proceed forward to the parking garage and your vehicle will be parked curbside.


A Non-Refundable $100 deposit per vehicle has been taken for this reservation and is noted on the above trip details. FINAL PAYMENT IS DUE 7 DAYS PRIOR TO WEDDING DAY BY CREDIT CARD OR CASHIERS CHECK. If you choose to pay with a personal check you must send it to the Brewster Coach office 2-3 weeks prior to event.

If cancellation occurs within 30 days of the contracted wedding date you are responsible for the full balance of the contract. If you choose to make a reservation less than 30 days prior to your wedding date, if a cancellation occurs you will be responsible for the full balance of the contract.


A Non-Refundable $100 deposit per vehicle has been taken for this reservation and is noted on the above trip details. FINAL PAYMENT IS DUE DAY OF THE EVENT BY CASH OR CASHIERS CHECK. IF YOU CHOOSE TO PAY WITH A CREDIT CARD THIS MUST BE DONE 7 DAYS BEFORE YOUR EVENT DATE. If you choose to pay with a personal check you must send it to the Brewster Coach office 2-3 weeks prior to event. If cancellation occurs within 7 days of the contracted event date the undersigned is responsible for the full balance of the contract.

DAMAGES AND ACCIDENTS: You are responsible for damage caused to the vehicles by themselves of others allowed in the vehicle. There is a $250.00 deposit sanitation deposit for damages, accidents and spillage within the vehicle. A credit card must be presented at time of service for an authorization. Funds will not be removed from the card, but verification of monies will be taken. This card will be used in the event of damages that must be repaired.

OVER TIME FEE: For every hour over the scheduled time you will be responsible for the hourly rate highlighted in your reservation above. It must be collected by cash at the end of your service.
