Be sure to interview any limousine service before making an important decision.  Brewster Coach specializes in complete wedding services. Closely scrutinize any perspective limousine company.  Use these helpful hints to ensure your event is a success:

  • View your limousine/s before booking your event.
  • Be sure the company has ample cars in the event of mechanical malfunction or over booking.
  • Investigate if the company networks with other companies and sub-contracts work from them.  Networking may be good for the company, but not for the customer - your day is important, it may not be to them.
  • Ask what type of limousine work the company is involved with.  An airport limousine company is not necessarily the best choice for wedding events. Your best results will come from a company that specializes in weddings and events.
  • Ask for times, dates and church locations for weddings that a prospective company may currently have booked.  Use this information to preview appearance, performance, and professionalism.
  • Ask to view a photo album of past weddings, thank you notes of praise, or testimonials they may have received.
  • Ask what safeguards the company has in place - for example: Prior evenings bachelor party results in odors, burns, and damages.  Will it be resolved before your Saturday morning wedding?  What if a scheduled airport pick-up runs late? (as airlines do) Results: now they may not be on time for your afternoon wedding.
  • There are very few companies that specialize in weddings, and fewer still that require their drivers be knowledgeable of responsibilities placed upon them in a wedding environment.  If you book early at a low price be suspicious.  During wedding season, some companies re-book their vehicles at higher prices leaving the early bride out, consequently the savings has become a major cost and has left you scrambling at the last minute.
